Send Printed Matter at Reasonable Rate
  • Items posted in such a way that they can be inspected at any time by the post office.
  • These must be sent without an envelope or in an unsealed envelope and must be so prepared that they can be easily removed for inspection without breaking any seal, tearing any paper or removing any adhesive.
  • Maximum size limits are,
    • Maximum length-610mm
    • Maximum width-300mm
    • Maximum thickness / depth   300mm
  • If it is a roll, the maximum size limits are,
    • Maximum length-760mm
    • Maximum width-100mm
  • If it is a card, the minimum size limits are,
    • Minimum length- 100mm
    • Minimum width- 70mm
  • Maximum Weight 2kg

Postage

  • Minimum cost is Rs 30.00 (For a item weighing 30g)
  • If the postage of a item has not been prepaid, a surcharge will be levied before the article is delivered to the addressee. The surcharge is double the outstanding postage. The minimum surcharge is Rs. 25.00
